If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the artwork you approved, we will reprint it at no cost or issue a refund. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Email Orders@PrintFlex.ng with your order reference and clear photos of the problem. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
